Detailed description of Amherst Audubon Golf Course, Par Three
Amherst Audubon Golf Course is a public 27 hole golf golf facility located in Amherst, New York. Amherst Audubon is a municipal facility licated just east of the University of Buffalo on Maple Road. The facility has an 18-hole course, The Audubon Course, and a 9-hole course, The Par-Three Course.
Amherst Audubon Golf Facilityopened in 1942. The courses were designed by William Harries.
The Amherst Audubon golf courses were built on basically level terrain and easy to walk. Some holes have water in play, but fairly wide open for the most part.
Amherst Audubon Golf Course, The Audubon Course plays to a par-71 and measures 6,635 yards from the back tees. The course rating is 69.5 with a slope rating of 112.
Amherst Audubon Golf Course, The Par-Three Course at the Amherst Audubon plays to a 9-hole par-27 and maximum 9-hole distance of 990 yards.

Amherst Audobon Par 3 is a fine place to "tune" up your short game in an unassuming environment. Whether you only have one hour to kill, your woods/long irons aren't quite up to snuff, or you simply want to hack it around with out any admiring eyes....This course will not raise your blood pressure nor empty your wallet. This course is adjacent to the Westwood country club and bordered by houses and Ellicott Creek.
